EU Q14/2022 is announced

We are very pleased to welcome to this year’s VDLUFA Fertiliser Ring Test EU Q14/2022.

With the yearly organized EU-Fertiliser Ring Test, VDLUFA offers a quality assurance program concerning the analysis of nutrients and pollutants in fertilisers. It particularly addresses accredited laboratories which have been notified by the EU-Commission for fertiliser analysis, but the test is also open to any laboratory worldwide.

The main objective of the test is the continuous review of the reproducibility of the test results of participating laboratories involved in the official fertiliser monitoring. This includes the monitoring of legal tolerances.

Materials to be analysed:

PK-fertiliser with raw phosphate

The material is taken from a fertiliser plant in Belgium. It has been sieved to a sieve passage lower 2 mm, homogenised, divided and filled into (PE) plastic bottles. The homogeneity has been verified by Staatliche Betriebsgesellschaft für Umwelt und Landwirtschaft GB 4 – Landwirtschaftliches Untersuchungswesen, Waldheimer Straße 219, D-01683 Nossen.
